Delete Your FaceSculpt Account
FaceSculpt is committed to giving you full control over your data. You can delete your account and associated data at any time using one of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
- Open FaceSculpt and go to Settings
- Tap "Account"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us at support@facesculpt.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (email, authentication tokens)
- All uploaded photos, including verified peak images
- Your facial analysis results and scores
- Your personalized protocol and progress data
- App usage data tied to your account
What we may retain
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Transaction records required by law (e.g., purchase receipts for tax and accounting purposes, retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian regulations)
- Records required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
Retention period
All deletable data is removed from our active systems within 30 days of your request. Backups are purged within 90 days.
